In my jacket there’s a pocket that I didn’t know until today.
I can so easily zip it open, and close it, whenever I please.
Sometimes I hope the zipper will break so I lose control,
But I always replace it just before it happens.

In this pocket lies all my fears,
All my longing and all my tears.
But also all my happiest moments of life,
All that I love and adore.

But I hide it so well with my zipper closed,
So it almost fades away.
And I look for it every day, in all I do,
But I never thought to open the pocket!

In this pocket lies all my fears,
All my longing and all my tears.
But also all my happiest moments of life,
All that I love and adore.

In this pocket lies all my fears,
All my longing and all my tears.
But also all my happiest moments of life,
All that I love and adore.
